The MAMbo – Museo d’Arte Moderna di Bologna, with its 9,500m² dedicated to visual culture and experimentation, is both a production centre and a critical laboratory of contemporary culture.

The Permanent Collection proposes an interpretation of Italian art through the history of the Galleria d’Arte Moderna di Bologna and its successive acquisitions, from the 1950s right up to the latest developments. Through an intense cycle of temporary shows, the museum contributes to tracing new artistic paths, reflecting the most innovative of practices.
