The Gallery of Modern and Contemporary Art of Bergamo (GAMeC) is one of the most innovative Italian museums dedicated to contemporary art and culture.

The museum offers a variety of expositive platforms – wide monographic and collective exhibitions dedicated to international artists, special projects dedicated to emerging artists, a prestigious Permanent Collection – alongside educational activities, guided tours, projects for disabled, conferences, performances and collateral events.

The Permanent Collection hosts masterpieces of modern and contemporary art: among others, it includes works by di Balla, Basilico, Boccioni, Burri, Cattelan, Cucchi, de Chirico, Fautrier, Hartung, Kandinskij, Manzù, Morandi, Sironi, Xhafa.
